Evening. Time for a quick update. These Shermans have just rolled of thr production line and into the cabinet as being battle field ready. They are Britannia models and have been airbrushed and then had filers and pigments applied to them and plan to do a step by step painting guide for them to be posted on here.

The cave.

Am very fortunate that my fabulous and very understanding wife has allowed me to carry on having a wargaming room after we moved in together. photos of my room are below but towards the end of last year we decided to convert our garage which meant the gaming room was moving towards what is now know as the Cave. The move to the cave is almost now complete but will post photos of the move and the new setting. Below are photos of my room in use for one of the PCWC games from 2019- it was an epic game. It was again Nap using GDA and used all 11 foot of the table. will post the photos of the move to the Cave over the coming days. Any questions please ask.

PCWC Quatre Bras 2020

we played this last Sept, with one of our number George helping me command the Allies via a zoom link. The French were played by Martin, Dave and Rob who was having his first game with PCWC. it was a while ago to give a full report but in essecne the Dutch and the Nassua resisted stoutly taking on the French host. The French were not helped by very sluggish command rolls but the Allies were extremely resolute in defence using the terrain such as the stream and Gemacourt farm to full advantage. Only with the setting of the sun did Gemacourt full by which time Wellington had a solid line for the heroic Nassau to retire behind. Great fun as ever was had by all and we were using GDA and 28mm figures.
